Free puzzles
Our weekly free puzzles are free to print and share for personal use, classrooms, senior centers and activity groups. Please don't sell them, or post the PDF files on another website. Link to the puzzle page instead, so people always get the latest version.
Printable packets
Our printable packets are sold through our Etsy shop. When you buy one, you may print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family, your classroom, or one facility such as a senior center, library or activity program. Please don't share, resell or post the PDF files, or sell printed copies. Each additional facility needs its own copy.
Our books
Our books are sold on Amazon. Each book says how its puzzles may be copied.
Buying
Purchases happen on Etsy or Amazon, so their checkout, payment, delivery and buyer terms apply. We never see or store your payment details.
Refunds
Packets are digital downloads, so we don't offer refunds. But we'll fix any problem. If a file won't open or something looks wrong, email hello@sunnysidepuzzlepress.com and we'll put it right. For books, Amazon's return policy applies.
Our content
The puzzles, word lists, writing, artwork and design on this site belong to Sunny Side Puzzle Press. Apart from the uses described above, please don't copy or republish them without asking us first.
Links to other sites
We link to Etsy, Amazon and our social media pages. We're not responsible for those sites or their policies.
The site as-is
We work hard to keep the puzzles accurate and the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using the site.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
