Sunny Side Puzzle Press keeps this simple.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you, unless you sign up for our emails. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few anonymous events, such as a puzzle being finished or a PDF being downloaded. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
Your puzzle progress
When you play a free puzzle here, your progress is saved in your own browser on this device, so you can pick up where you left off. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data erases it.
Our emails
If you sign up, we keep your email address, which page you signed up on and that page's puzzle level, if it had one, plus a note of which of our emails you've been sent. They're stored with EmailOctopus, the service that sends our emails, and we use them only to send what you signed up for: three free puzzles every Monday and a short note when a new book comes out. Our emails may count opens and link clicks, so we can see which puzzles people enjoy. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and we never sell your address or share it with anyone else. Your browser also remembers whether you've signed up or said no thanks, so this site doesn't keep asking.
Writing to us
If you write to hello@sunnysidepuzzlepress.com, we use your address only to reply.
Buying printables
Our printable puzzle packets are sold in our shop on Etsy. When you buy one, Etsy handles your payment, your receipt and your download, under Etsy's own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
